Jay Kennedy is responsible for operational and investment support for CLR's railyard investments in Texas.

 

Prior to joining County Line Rail, Jake served as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser, where he completed numerous appraisals of multi-family, industrial, office, retail and mixed-use properties. As an appraiser, he also specialized in appraisals for litigation purposes concerning ad valorem tax protest, dispute resolution, income tax and estate tax issues.

 

Jay received a B.B.A from Baylor University, where he double-majored in Real Estate and Entrepreneurship. He is an active member of the Breeder’s Greeters Committee of the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo.
